Amanda & Joe – Smith Barn Peabody Wedding

Amanda & Joe got married back in June at the Smith Barn in Peabody, Massachusetts. If you’ve never heard of this venue, it’s truly a one-of-a-kind wedding venue. Perfectly rustic, perfectly laid-back and yet still elegant and timeless. There are tons of great places to get a variety of portraits…and even an old, somewhat creepy, somewhat magical, twisted tree hidden in the woods (photo a little bit below).

Amanda got ready across the street, which is also where ceremonies at the Smith Barn are held.

We went back in front of the ceremony house to get pictures of the family and bridal party.

And then roamed around the property for photos of the bride & groom.

How unbelievably cool is this tree?!

Joe is a plumber so pulling out the copper pipe I had in my camera bag to get a cool “ring of fire” shot seemed appropriate!

Inside the barn is just as beautiful as the grounds, and receptions there are always so fantastic (because Tammy, the coordinator, is a ROCKSTAR!!).

After the cake cutting and parent dances we decided to step back outside to get a few more photos of Amanda & Joe in the orchards and by the back entrance, where the sunset is always top notch!
