Kelly & Mike – Wentworth Inn Wedding
Kelly and Mike got married at the gorgeous Wentworth Inn in Jackson, New Hampshire. It was another rainy day, but that didn’t matter much to Kelly and Mike (Kelly had even said a few weeks before that she was hoping for storms because she loved them so much)!
They both got ready at the Inn and we decided to do the first look under the enormous wrap around porch.
Luckily the rain stopped just long enough for us to get some great family & wedding party photos on the grounds!
The rain started again right before the ceremony was about to start—but Kelly and Mike still wanted to get married outside. They provided umbrellas for all of the guests and had members of their wedding party drying off seats before guests sat down. It was perfect, really!
We ran the whole wedding party across the street to the Jackson Library for a few photos before doing portraits of just Mike & Kelly (we stuck around the Inn and then drove a few miles up the street to Jackson Falls, which was so beautiful)!
Introductions were hilarious—this wedding party really knew how to do it!
Then came the speeches and parent dances, followed by the cake cutting.
The tent at the Wentworth was decorated nicely and I found a big leaf with water droplets on it for the ring photos.
Once the dance floor opened, guests partied and danced the night away! It was a beautiful wedding celebration despite the weather!
